You must remove all the lies you've been taught

By sitting with yourself daily

You start to have your OWN THOUGHTS

Can you go a day without someone's else thoughts in your mind

Television, Social Media, Ect

This allows you to tap into the source of TRUTH so that you can have your OWN TRUTH

You will be able to KNOW ALL that you NEED TO KNOW IN THE MOMENT including what to do next just by sitting in the silence

You will FIND ALL that you've been searching for in the world

If you choose the external route like most of society then you will forever be chasing facts and knowledge to make up your OWN MIND
